Wild Water Series
4 week online seminar

build confidence | swim strong | step into water

As a Triple Crown open water swimmer - having completed the English Channel, circumnavigation of Manhattan Island and the Catalina Channel - I know first-hand what it takes to move through fear, uncertainty and physical challenge in open water. These swims are not just about endurance; they are about mindset, preparation and learning how to stay calm when conditions feel overwhelming.

In this series, I share the practical knowledge, mental strategies and lived experience I’ve gained through years of swimming in some of the world’s most demanding environments, helping you build confidence, resilience and a genuine connection to the water—whether you are just starting out or looking to go further.
